Terms of use
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. The service
Aptiq ("the service") is an independent platform for preparing for admissions, screening and employment exams worldwide — among them the Israeli Psychometric Entrance Test, AMIRNET, TIL, the SAT, GMAT and CCAT — in fourteen languages. Using the service means you accept these terms.
2. No affiliation
The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any organisation whose exams it mentions — including NITE, TIL International, College Board, GMAC and screening or placement institutes. Names are used only to identify the kind of exam, and all rights in them belong to their owners.
3. Content and scores
Questions, lessons and simulations are written for the service and are for practice only; they are not questions from any official exam.
Scores are shown on the scale of the exam you chose, following the rules its publisher makes public, and are study estimates only: official scoring formulas are not fully published. Do not rely on them to predict an official result or as evidence of suitability for a role, course or programme.
4. Your account and fair use
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure. Use is personal and educational: do not copy, sell or distribute the content, or access the service by automated means beyond reasonable use.
5. AI tutors
AI tutor replies are generated automatically, may be wrong or incomplete, and are not professional, educational, medical or legal advice. Each account has a daily message allowance set by its plan; streaks and levels add messages to free accounts.
6. Passes and payment
- One-off payments: passes (Sprint, Intensive, Mastery) are a single payment for a fixed period of access — 14, 60 or 180 days. They do not renew and you are never charged again.
- Merchant of Record: payments are processed by a provider acting as Merchant of Record, which issues your invoice and handles tax for your country. Prices are shown in US dollars; any conversion to your currency is done by the provider.
- Cancellations and refunds: requests are handled under the consumer-protection law that applies to you. Contact us through "Contact us".
- A recommendation, not a restriction: the service recommends a pass from the exam date you gave, but every pass stays available. A pass that ends before your exam date is marked as such.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without any promise of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from using the service or relying on its content, including official exam results.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and the service from time to time. We will announce material changes in the service; continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
