1. What we collect

  • Your Google account details: when you sign in we receive your name, email address and profile picture, to identify you.
  • Preferences you give us: the exam you are sitting, your country, your exam date or time frame, your target score, your interface language and your reminder channels.
  • Practice and progress: the answers you choose, scores, points (XP), level, streak and mastery per topic.
  • Answer times: how long each question and section took. It feeds your pacing analysis and recommendations; it is not used to monitor you.
  • Conversations with the AI tutors: what you write and what the tutor replies, so you can return to a chat and the tutor keeps its context.
  • Purchases: which pass you bought, when, and when it expires. Your payment details never reach us; they stay with the payment provider.
  • Contact messages: what you write and the details you give — including a phone number, if you add one — so we can reply.

2. How it is used

Only to run the service: signing in, saving your progress, your personal analysis, adapting difficulty and recommendations, your exam countdown, suggesting the pass that fits the time you have, answering you, and the reminders you asked for.

Practice data, answer times and tutor conversations are never sold, never passed to employers, testing institutes or any third party, and never used for advertising or commercial profiling.

3. Providers that process data for us

  • Hosting and database: the servers and database the service runs on.
  • Language-model provider: to write a reply, the AI tutor sends the conversation to a language-model provider. Do not share sensitive information or other people's personal details in chats.
  • Payment provider: purchases are handled by a payment provider acting as Merchant of Record: it processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles tax. We receive only the purchase details.
  • Email and reminders: if you turn reminders on, the email or messaging provider receives only your address or number and the reminder itself.

4. Voice input

Dictating to an AI tutor uses your browser's own speech recognition, and only after you allow the microphone. The audio is not sent to us or stored by us. In Chrome, speech recognition is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies only: your sign-in session and your interface language. Your browser also keeps preferences such as the colour theme and a copy of your setup answers so screens load quickly. There are no advertising cookies.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and restricted access. Data is kept while your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time in account settings; this permanently removes your progress, exam history, answers and tutor conversations, and cannot be undone. Purchase records may be retained by the payment provider where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

You may see the data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Send any such request through "Contact us" at the bottom of the home page or from inside the app.

8. Contact
